The Story of Aida

Villa Aida is more than just a place to stay — it’s a story that began many years ago.
Aida was my great-grandmother Elisabetta, a strong and unconventional woman with a modern spirit. She loved roses, painting and long afternoons playing cards.
Her husband Cesare was deeply in love with her. He built Villa Aida inspired by her personality, embracing her ideas, her tastes and even her little whims.
They lived through a difficult time in Italian history, yet together they created something lasting — a home filled with character, warmth and life.
Today, that same home continues its story.

My Story

My journey with Villa Aida began with a simple but challenging moment: starting over.

I had very little, except for this large house and a great deal of imagination. It wasn’t easy, but I chose to believe in something — in dreams, in possibilities, and in the idea that something beautiful could grow from a new beginning.

I believe in small gestures, in meaningful encounters, and in the quiet moments that stay with you. I believe that everything happens for a reason.

Step by step, Villa Aida came to life again.

Today, it is not only my dream, but a space shaped every day by the people around me and by the guests who pass through it.

Their stories, their laughter and their presence give this place its true meaning — and inspire me to keep growing, every day.

My welcome
